"I tried this place for the first time. It’s quite spacious with plenty of seating, though they don’t have the cozy sofas I was hoping for! The service was a bit slow because they had a lot of orders and only three staff members working. However, with lots of seating available, it was nice to relax and people-watch while waiting."

"Have always wanted to try HWC coffee and finally got to do it today. Ordered the Spanish Latte and I will say it is pretty good actually. Will probably rate this better than Starbucks. Only two things to improve for this outlet: - when I ordered my drink, there is only 1 worker doing everything so it feels really slow. Especially when there is a customer in front of me who is trying to register a membership I think. So end up even though there is only 2 customers, I still need to wait. - the sitting area can be better if use cushion or padding. Some of the sitting area is purely hard wood. Overall, no regrets trying and checking out HWC Coffee. If you plan to drink regularly then you can consider the monthly membership plan which cost RM9.90. Then you will enjoy discounts every time you buy your coffee here."

"Definitely a Worth revisit coffee shop in Penang. It's my third time visiting their store for my favourite coconut latte The hot flavor is my favorite pick. Wonderful white theme minimal ambience setup looks elegant and aesthetic. A few seats and wooden sitting area within the coffee shop in-between floor was nice concept. Situated on L2 . Must try for coffee lovers who love tasty and thick coffee"
